100th Day of School "Re-Supply" Drive

Picture
The students and teachers in the 46th Ward have made it through 100 days of school and there are some frequent-use supplies that they're running low on.  Together with Alderman James Cappleman's office, Friends of the 46th Ward Schools is currently collecting a few specific items to replenish supplies that have been used during the first half of the school year.  You can drop off the items listed below at Alderman Cappleman's Office during regular business hours.
  • copy paper
  • facial tissue/Kleenex
  • paper towels
  • glue sticks
  • looseleaf paper
  • dry erase markers
  • spiral or composition notebooks
  • hand sanitizer
  • Clorox wipes
We will take donations of these supplies through April 11, at which point we will distribute supplies to the schools in our ward.  If you are as time-crunched as we are, you can purchase items from our Amazon Wish List or you can donate directly through Pay Pal and we'll use the funds to purchase supplies for you.  We greatly appreciate any contribution you can make, no matter how small!
